Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

As a small business, we’re currently unable to offer prepaid return shipping labels, and we truly appreciate your understanding. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be processed.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

All returned items will undergo inspection upon receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition, with tags attached and in their original packaging. Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer will not be eligible for return. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria. Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons or due to their nature. These include undergarments, personalized or customized items, and items marked as final sale. If returned items are found to have been worn, the customer will not be eligible for a refund. Customers will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning worn items. Worn items will be held for a limited period, and customers will have the option to pay for return shipping to have the items sent back to them. If no action is taken within this period, the items may be disposed of at our discretion. To initiate a return for eligible items, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. Customers will be provided with instructions on how to return the items, including any necessary forms or documentation. Returns must be shipped back to us within 14 days of receiving return authorization. Once returned items have been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Exchanges 

We understand that sometimes items may need to be exchanged for a different size or style. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team for information about the exchange process. Our team will provide guidance on how to proceed with your exchange request, including any necessary steps or documentation required. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired size or style is not available, we may offer alternatives or issue a store credit for future purchases. European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
